Setting OSPF Metrics on Redistributed Routes
As mentioned earlier, no matter the source of the redistributed route, OSPF has a default metric to use. However, OSPF can set the metrics for redistributed routes using the same options used for EIGRP. Table 10-5 summarizes the defaults and metric setting options for redistribution into OSPF.
