Metrics

We suggest two simple metrics that you should track during each iteration: The first revolves around stakeholder categories and market segments, and the second focuses on the feedback received and your team’s response to the feedback. Figure 2.1 shows a sample chart.

You can build a similar chart for stakeholders by market segment if this is an important metric for you to track as well.
