Description of the Model

In telling the ROI story, the critical turning point is converting the benefits into monetary value. The MetrixGlobal® Impact Compass, presented in Figure 13.2, provides a logic for converting benefits to monetary value. It is, in effect, the subtext for the value narrative. There are three elements to the compass: outcomes, conversion, and benefits.
