This chapter covers model/view delegates, and assumes a basic familiarity with Qt’s model/view architecture, as described at the beginning of Chapter 3 (88 ).

All of Qt’s standard view classes—QListView, QTableView, QColumnView, QTreeView, and QComboBox—provide a QStyledItemDelegate for the display and editing (in the case of editable models) of the data they access.^*
