Position Preference: Controlling Where Your Ad Is Displayed

Position preference allows you to set a keyword to show in a desired ad position or range of ad positions in a search result. If you find that you have better conversion rates in certain ad positions, or you want to protect your trademark terms by only showing in the top positions, you can use the position preference feature to have your ad show in those desired positions.

Position preference is enabled at the campaign level. Navigate to your campaign settings and enable position preference (Figure 13-16).
