Your camera gear costs thousands of dollars, so packing and shipping it properly can save you costly damages and lost shooting time. I’ve traveled to more than 41 countries on assignment, and with each trip I’ve gained better insight into packing my equipment. I’ve lost or destroyed plenty of valuables along the way, too. By learning from my mistakes and following my recommendations, you can help ensure that your gear will arrive at its destination safe and sound.

Make a list and check it twice
