You'll also get a good idea of which customers you should focus on and what questions you should ask them.

About your instructor
Cindy Alvarez is a principal researcher in Microsoft's Developer Division, where she helps explore a future customer base that looks very different from the present one and coaches internal teams on customer development, focusing on hypotheses over features and questioning assumptions. Previously, Cindy held UX leadership positions in a number of startups selling to conservative enterprise customers.
