Maintaining Contacts and Lien Lists

Your software tracking system will allow you to easily update contact information and lien lists so that you can track all your information in one spot, including the property address, county where the property is located, the property type (residential, commercial, industrial, land, and so on), the tax parcel, legal description, and name and address of the current owner. You will be able to upload a photo of the property and add anything else you want.

Another great free feature from Google is Gmail, which can be tied into your Google Docs application. Gmail automatically adds addresses to your Contacts list each time you use the Reply, Reply to All, or Forward functions to send mail to addresses that don’t already exist in your Contacts list. Each time you mark a message as Not Spam, your Contacts list is automatically updated so that future messages from that sender are received in your inbox.

Using Gmail and Google Docs, you can calendar important dates such as the date of purchase, the owner’s redemption date, any foreclosure dates, additional tax due and other dates, and also generate automatic pop-up reminders so you never miss those dates. It is important to be well organized all the time because you will be able to operate in a more efficient manner.
