The operating system is an important part of the control flow process. Be sure to have a look at your Linux distribution and the best practices for better performance. Always take into account the component that the operating system is involved with (Zabbix proxy, Zabbix GUI, Zabbix server, or Zabbix database). Each Zabbix component will need specific settings in the kernel parameters.
