The Big Trouble: Employees Reporting to Each Other

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, merit resolutions (i.e., the amount of money paid out by organizations for sexual harassment lawsuits) has doubled between 1997 and 2007. Most often, these cases involve workplace romance between employees reporting to each other. I call this trend the Triple R: Reporting Romantic Relationship.
