About the Author

Nan DeMars is an internationally recognized thought leader and practitioner in the area of workplace ethics. Her energizing, interactive workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements have helped employees at all levels of responsibility realize greater productivity and higher levels of job satisfaction by creating more ethical office cultures. For more than 30 years, she has demonstrated in all types of industries that good ethics result in good business outcomes. She is author of the popular book, You Want Me to Do WHAT?: When, Where, and How to Draw the Line at Work.

Nan is president of Executary Services, a consulting firm providing workplace ethics seminars and keynote presentations, as well as placement services for executive assistants.

She is a past international president of the International Association of Administrative Professionals. She is the Office Ethics columnist for OfficePro magazine and writes often for the Star Tribune in Minneapolis and other publications. Nan is a frequent guest on both U.S. and Canadian TV and radio and is often featured in national and international periodicals as an expert on workplace ethics.
