Afterword

Have you ever been a victim of a scam? An incident just happened to me and I want to share it with you for two reasons. First, it’s a great example of why I wrote this book; and second, if you happen to receive the same phone call I did, it’s my hope that you can protect yourself from this IRS phishing scam.

One day there was a strange automated phone message on my phone saying, “We have been trying to contact you. Please contact the IRS in regards to a claim filed against you.
