At a recent Mastermind meeting, the joke was on me. We were talking about projects I have in progress, and Bill said, "He'll probably have 'em done before sundown."

Joe, Craig, and Nerissa laughed—and, I think, in a nice way.

I've gotten a reputation as the guy who cranks out dozens of products while others are still talking and planning theirs.

The secret to making a good living from infoproduct marketing is having multiple streams of passive income. Yes, some people make a million bucks in one day. Some gurus have five- and six-figure days consistently. Home runs are nice, but you can build a very solid business with a string of base hits.

Find a problem and sell the solution. Then find another one. Do this enough times, and you've got multiple streams of passive income.

Each of us has a reason why we build our Portable Empire. Some people come from a place of fear. It can be a risky world. Which is riskier: a steady job with a steady paycheck or a Portable Empire? You don't have to choose, by the way, but it's an interesting mental exercise.

There are lots of ways you can lose a job. The job can be outsourced to another country. The company can be bought, and the job "downsized." You can have a "personality conflict" with your boss. Your boss's girlfriend ...
