Your First 100 Days Plan

Now you are ready to write your First 100 Days Plan.

You need to bear in mind all the information you have gathered to date, in terms of:

  • transition challenges;
  • profile of role, organisation and market;
  • two-year role vision, and 12-month strategic priorities.

With all that information as context, your First 100 Days Plan should set out what you want to have achieved by the end of the first 100 days. Your plan should be structured using monthly milestones (@ 30 days, @ 60 days, @ 90 days) to facilitate monthly reviews and keep your plan on track.
