A divorce can be a devastating event in one’s life. Many other personal things also can affect one’s overall behavior; however, Allen needs to get a grip on his frustration and aggressive behavior. He needs to consider how negative his attitude has become and how it is affecting him and everyone around him. He can’t continue to blame everything on his personal life—and chastise others for it. He appears to be looking for ways to alienate people. His lashing out at work, at home, and even in public against people he doesn’t even know suggests he has very deep-seated anger.
