Coping with Plateaus

Even if things could be normal in business organizations, which is seldom the case, promotions are not automatic. Plateaus still exist. So how is one to cope?

First, the ambitious employee should learn as much as possible about plateaus so that he (or she) can see the value of staying positive during such periods. Second, the employee should study ways in which such periods can be shortened.
