Addressing Negative Testing
Sometimes testing can present a challenge for you in your new job. Sometimes supervisors are responsible; sometimes they are not. The question is, of course, what can you do if you come up against a serious testing situation?
Here are a few pointers that may help you.
Accept the testing situation willingly until you have time to analyze it carefully. Take testing as part of the initiation period and conduct yourself in such a manner as not to aggravate the situation. It may pass by itself, or someone else, without your knowledge, may come to your rescue.
