Testing

Testing is different. It can have more serious implications. And testing will take more understanding on your part.

There are two kinds of testing. One is organizational testing. Organizational testing comes from the organization (management, personnel, or your supervisor) and is a deliberate attempt to discover what kind of person you really are and whether you can adjust to certain conditions. The other kind of testing—personal testing—comes strictly from individuals. Personal testing is one person trying out another because of personality conflicts or inner prejudices.
