Tip 5: Don’t Flaunt Your Education or Previous Experience

You may have had more formal education than many of the people you will work with on your new job. But these people probably have far more on-the-job experience and practical know-how than you do. That being the case, you would be wise to let them discover your educational background and experience gradually.
