Corporate Aggression

Another form of aggression—aggression toward your company—can be subtle and sinister. Aggression on the part of an employee toward the company for which he (or she) works has been the downfall of many career-minded persons. There is rarely anything personal about such a person’s aggressive behavior. Such a person seems to get along well enough with fellow workers and immediate supervisors. Instead, the aggression always seems to be directed toward the company itself. It isn’t just the top brass or middle management. It is the company. The employee often seems to hold his present plight (lackof progress or of personal adjustment to life) against the company.
