Releasing Tension

There are many acceptable ways a person can release inner tension due to frustrations. Here are a few.

On the Job Off the Job
Take a walk Prepare an exotic meal
Talk things over with a third party Clean out the garage
Do some disagreeable paperwork Play golf or go running

Sometimes just by doing something physical we release inner tensions, and no one is hurt. It is usually more difficult to find acceptable ways to release inner tensions on the job than it is off the job.
