Total Quality

In recent years, most employees have been exposed to the Total Quality movement. Employers, in an effort to keep customers happy, have focused on getting workers to find ways of reducing inefficiencies while providing value-added elements to products and services. The Total Quality model has become vitally important to most organizations where change, especially in the way people think and interact, promotes a good balance between productivity and human relations.
