Take Immediate Action

It is a mistake to wait around and “nurse” your deflated attitude. Quickly do something to restore it so that additional damage will not occur. In some cases this may mean an apology that you don’t want to make.

Ralph. Yesterday Ralph made a foolish mistake that could have been minimized if he had reported it to his boss immediately. However, before Ralph could offer his boss an explanation, an insensitive co-worker stepped on Ralph’s attitude.
