Can Good Human Relations Help One Overcome the Handicap of Inexperience?

If you can learn to create and maintain good relationships with all people, young and old and including those with much more experience than yourself, inexperience need not be much of a handicap. One way to gain experience is to respect other people’s experience and to learn as much as possible from them. Keep in mind, too, you may have frequent contact with all types of people who have invaluable experience. Always have an open mind toward expanding your knowledge base and developing good relationships. The building of such relationships will test your human-relations skills.
