Develop a better LIGHT SHAPE

You will rarely find the perfect composition. In every subject good dark shapes are found alongside boring light shapes, great linear motifs are mixed in with lines leading out of the picture, or you will find great shapes but with the value contrast in the wrong place. It is your job to paint it ideally. Vincent van Gogh was right when he said that artists should not paint what they see, but what they feel.
