Let's now summarise all we have learnt, but let's ‘cut’ it in a different way: The A to Z of You, Only Better. 26 bite-sized pieces of knowledge, behaviour tips and inspiration.

How To Use the A to Z

  • Focus on one letter per day. You could be linear and simply work your way through the alphabet in sequence.
  • Or you could just randomly choose a number 1 to 26 and then see what letter that is and work on it.
  • You could photocopy these pages of the book for your personal use and create some simple A to Z flash cards to carry around and re-read at a quiet moment.
  • You could introduce the ideas to a team meeting or to your family.
