You should not lose site of the fact that often many folks from your organization are involved in servicing a client—some very directly and some only tangentially. But many times these people are operating in narrow silos, doing their job but likely not very aware of all the other contributions being made by the larger team. Don’t let this happen. Your teammates should know what is going on at a client company at all times. It helps them connect their contributions with your client and, if nothing else, it raises their morale and energy. If you are running an account, make time to keep your team updated and well informed!
