Clients make requests all the time. They sometimes make outrageous requests or requests that you can’t deliver on. But you should never ignore a client’s request, hoping that they will magically forget. They won’t. But when a client asks for something you can’t do, never say no. Instead, give thought to what you can do to solve that client’s problem in a different way. Even if you can’t do exactly what the client wants, there’s always an alternative that might fit the bill.
