To effectively service a client, you have to professionally manage each interaction that you have with members of a client’s organization. Specifically, you must manage the amount of time you spend with every person and client.

Clients appreciate promptness. It shows respect and professionalism and demonstrates commitment. Running over on a meeting time is never a good thing.
