Clients crave consistency. Clients want to work with people they trust and people who deliver. If you make a promise, you must do everything that you can to deliver on that promise. It is your word, your bond. Good client work is all about setting stretch targets and objectives and then chipping away at them each and every day until you meet them—every one of them—and on time.
