If you want your body to function at full capacity, with limber joints, flexible muscles, and energy to spare, you need to take time to warm ’er up before any strenuous activity — and that definitely includes your Power Yoga workouts. Even the most advanced Power Yoga practitioners take time to warm up before launching into a fast-paced Power Yoga session.
