Using Body Language

In this chapter you will:

  • understand the importance of mirror neurons and mirroring
  • learn why it is so good for you to smile
  • practise controlling your body and facial language

Whether you realize it or not, even if you think you can only speak one language, you are actually bilingual, and probably fluent in both languages. Or if you already speak more than one language you should add another to the total number, because you are, in fact, also an expert in speaking (and listening to or reading) body language.
