About the Author
Robin Nixon has been a writer for 30 years, authoring in excess of 500 articles for many of the UK’s top magazines, and writing over 15 books.
After beginning his career in magazine publishing, Robin soon moved on to become a self-employed programmer, consultant and technical author. Then, with the dawn of the Internet, Robin set up one of the UK’s earliest web development companies, and also created the world’s first licensed Internet radio station. In order to enable people to continue to surf while listening to his station, Robin also developed the first known pop-up windows.
