XSL and Internet Explorer 5.0

Before you can begin constructing XSL style sheets, it's important to understand exactly which browsers support XSL, and to what extent. As of this writing, Internet Explorer 5.0 is the only commercial browser to support XSL. This support consists of a partial implementation of the XSLT component of the XSL technology, which is used to transform documents from one XML vocabulary to another. It appears that it will be some time before the XSL Formatting Objects component of XSL has a working implementation in browsers.
