A specific goal of this book is to bring technology to the users. This chapter briefly reminds readers that there exist numerous commercial sources of topic map software—four of which, listed below, have been sponsors of TopicMaps.Org (http://www.topicmaps.org), the group that created the XTM specification. We expect more vendors to appear in the future.
