xsi:schemaLocation
The xsi:schemaLocation
attribute gives the schema processor a hint, which the processor
may ignore, about where to find a schema for the content of a
document that uses a particular namespace. The value of the
attribute is a list containing an even number of URIs. The first
URI of each pair is the namespace URI to which the schema applies,
while the second URI of each pair identifies where to find a
schema for processing the document.
