xs:annotation?

xs:redefine behaves exactly like xs:include, importing definitions from schema modules in the same namespace (or in no namespace). The only difference is that when xs:redefine is used, definitions imported from those modules may be overridden through new definitions. (The exceptions to this are xs:element, xs:attribute, and xs:notation, which you cannot redefine.)
