Shawn Benham has been part of IBM database, middleware, and business intelligence software development in the Silicon Valley Lab for 8 years. Previously, he worked at IBM's CAD/CAM enterprise software development lab in Santa Monica. Currently he is the pervasive and integrated user technology department manager. Shawn holds a B.A. degree in English from UCLA.
