Titles

It is useful for a resource to be labelled, so that the user can decide whether or not it would be profitable to follow the link to that resource. For example, if the name 'Scarborough' is highlighted in the title of the song 'Are you going to Scarborough fair?', it is not immediately obvious where the link leads to, and why. A label, containing the word 'location' (that perhaps appears when the cursor is placed over the name), makes it obvious that the resource says something about the location of this town. The Title attribute is used to hold this label (it is shown later how this title is even more useful when multiple links are involved):
