15.9 Coordinate Transformation
XTranslateCoordinates() translates coordinates
relative to one window into the coordinates relative to a second and
determines whether the resulting position relative to the second window
is in a subwindow of the second window.
Because the window-based coordinate system is so convenient, this
function is rarely needed. Since
XTranslateCoordinates() makes a round-trip request,
it cannot be used heavily to port to X programs that use global
coordinates.
