Include this information
When sending email or leaving a written note for your administrator, try to include the following information:
Describe the problem clearly. Don’t just say that a program is “acting weird,” but show exactly what you typed and exactly what symptoms there were.
List any messages that you saw verbatim. Copy them down or copy and paste them into email.
What were you doing when this happened? Have you done anything unusual recently? Have you noticed anything else out of the ordinary?
