3.2. Metrics

Unlike the previous principle, people, infrastructure is much more data-centric. Because it is a principle that IT can shape to a greater extent than others, it is incumbent upon the organization therefore to measure its performance and communicate those measurements. Table 3.1 shows metrics that organizations should consider implementing to gauge the performance of infrastructure.
