The two-part case included in this section reflects a composite of actual individuals, organizations, and situations that I have interacted with over the past twenty-five years. Overlaid on that composite portrayal are the World-Class Diversity Management framework, the Four Quadrants Model, and the Strategic Diversity Management Process. The result is a disguised accounting and extrapolation of the efforts of one CEO (Jeff Kilt) to achieve world-class status. While the characters and situations are composites, any resemblance to actual persons or organizations is purely coincidental and unintentional.
