Over the course of this book, we explored 10 steps to Start a movement, Build the Movement, and Make It Last. Now, it's time to put it all together. This final section recaps the chapters and gives a checklist for each step to provide a framework for the wellness strategy that works for your workplace. As we have discussed, having a clearly articulated and well-communicated strategy in place is critical for any movement, especially for a wellness movement.

This strategy is the blueprint that shows the vision, and can serve as an excellent starting point. Every organization is different, so I encourage you to view this section and this entire book as a guide, but certainly not as the absolute rule. Although the steps are listed in a linear fashion, feel free to pick and choose from the steps as you see fit for your organization and your budget. Get creative, make adjustments, and then experiment! If nothing else, my hope is that you feel emboldened to try things you wouldn't have before.
