Joining the Conversation: Posting Tweets

While you can get a lot of value out of Twitter without tweeting yourself, you’re not really taking advantage of its relationship potential until you jump into the conversation. On Twitter, being part of the conversation means regularly posting useful, meaningful tweets.

But effective tweeting isn’t about filling up your tweets with as much content as possible in as little time as possible. It’s about creating a Twitter feed that builds your reputation and relationships without chaining you to your Twitter client 24/7. What you tweet is more important than how often you tweet.
