Chapter 10. Test Management and Work Items
This chapter was meant to be a discussion of ClearQuest Test Management (CQTM), but during the writing of the book Rational announced the end of marking of CQTM. We decided instead to focus on the new product for test management that is based on the Jazz foundation, Rational Quality Manager (RQM). This chapter is neither about test management nor about using Rational Quality Manager but rather on the work item objects of Rational Quality Manager, the methods of customizing test work items, and how work items are used in the testing lifecycle.
