Want to add some extra functionality to your site? Widgets and plug-ins are the answer! Widgets and plug-ins extend the functionality of WordPress, allowing you to easily add extra features such as improved menu ordering tools and enhanced customization options, which could be anything from simple contact forms to complex online shopping solutions.

Since plug-ins and widgets are installed separately from your theme, you usually won’t need to add any code to your template files to get them to work.
