Checking request errors and broken links

We use many third-party libraries and resources from external sites when developing sites. So, these resources are loaded through external URLs. Sometimes, we may notice the unavailability of these files due to server unavailability or other errors. So, unavailability of some files may create conflicts in our site features. Also, we might link to no-longer-available content, leading to 404 errors. So, we need to track these issues and resolve them in order to keep the consistency of our site features.
