The user is anyone who visits the site, including guests and members. They will only see the output generated from the shortcode. These users are not aware of the existence of a shortcode, as the shortcode is not visible on the browser view or the page source. Also, the shortcode output doesn't have any predefined IDs or classes, and hence it’s not possible for these users to track a shortcode from the frontend.
