About the Author
Ray J. Rivera is the director of the WLP Scorecard within ASTD's Research Department and coauthor of ASTD's 2005 and 2006 State of the Industry reports. In his three years at ASTD, he has served in several roles, including consulting with organizations about ASTD research study results and communicating both the practical and strategic implications of research findings to the WLP profession.
